This event brings rescue groups from Central Texas together to raise awareness about the reality of puppy mills; it is our hope that someday puppy mills will be illegal everywhere! This “Sunday Fun-day” will include dog performances, vendors, giveaways, raffles, live music, blessing of the animals and wiener-dog races (hosted by CTDR). We hope you will come out and support HOTLR and PMAD!
